Oliver Wendell Walker, affectionately known as Ollie, passed away on January 1, 2024, in Farmington, Missouri, at the age of 12. He was born on April 10, 2011, in Farmington, bringing joy to his family and friends. Ollie was a beloved son, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. Everyone’s sweet baby.
Ollie had a unique personality that brought a smile to everyone’s face. He was an amazing individual who had a special talent for brightening up any room he entered. Ollie loved getting the squeaky out of his toys , snuggling, and his favorite pastime was playing fetch.
He is survived by his loving mother, Tonya Walker, who shared a deep bond with him. Ollie also leaves behind his devoted grandparents, Wade and Kathy Jones, who cherished their time spent with him. His uncle, Joe Canterberry, and his cousins, Colton, Landan, and Levi Canterberry, will always remember the joy and laughter Ollie brought to their lives. Along with many other family and friends. Ollie was preceded in death by his Uncle Jaxx. Who we are sure are together now running around; still having no idea they are dogs.
Ollie’s passing has left a void in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered for his infectious spirit and the happiness he brought to those around him.
May Ollie’s soul find eternal peace, and may his memory forever be a source of comfort and inspiration to all whose lives he touched. After all everyone knows “Everyone needs an Ollie in their life.”
