Maci Ann Johnson

Our baby girl when to be with Max, Herashio, Aunt Myrtle, and Brittney in their heavenly home Wednesday February 26, 2025 at 9:50am. She is so loved and will be greatly missed.

Maci entered our life April 12, 2012. She was flopped eared, bucked toothed, cross eyed girl wit a thumb print on her neck. She was a strong willed sassy, tomboyish girl who loved to scrap. Scrapper was what her dad called her.

She loved her backyard, where she played fetch with her dad, rolling in grass and playing with her toys. And when she looked up from playing or sleeping under a shade tree, and saw a bird, squirrel, rabbit, racoon, skunk, or cat in her yard she was off to the races to catch her one. She didn't want anything in her yard. The best part about her backyard was when dad got the riding lawnmower out. She was like time for a ride. Ride me around and around the yard. She loved water puddles and snow, but not thunder and lightening. She's like heck no, going into the house now.

She loved to eat! She loved her momma's homemade chicken and dumplings, ham and beans, and sausage gravy. Southern girl thru and thru. She also loved her salami sticks and lunch meat and viennas. If you would go outside, while she was out there with food in your hand, her nose would be going ninety to nothing. Gimme some. Or while sitting on the couch she would watch her dad with one eye and one ear down looking at him like, you gonna give me a bite? She also loved chocolate, she was just like every girls, give me some sweets.

Then after supper it was time to go Bye Bye to the park, her other favorite place. She loved to walks, chase the squirrels, smell and mark everywhere. Sometimes she would see someone and "woof" at them and try to was faster to catch up with them. Gimme some attention, she would definitely make her presence known to other dogs. When you said Bye Bye she knew car ride times as well. She would go to the car and be like let me in. She would start licking her feet and relax. This was her safe place because we were all together.

Sometimes we would stop at the gas station or Walmart, her dad or I would go in and she loved watching all the people. She loved the way Rhodes was so lit up because she could see really good. Then her other favorite Bye Bye place was Rural King. She got to go in and socialize with people and shop for a new toy. While dragging her daddy around, sometimes she would even get to take a peek at the chickens and rabbits.

Her past times were so special to us. She would lay in the couch, her bed in the bedroom, her favorite spot under the bed or in our bed at night and she would snore, belch, and toot away.

She is loved by so many people all her family and friends. She loved playing with her neighbors, Louie, Hattie, and Pip. But, she will be greatly missed by her Mom, Melissa, and her dad, Randy. She is such a big part of us. We did just about everything together. When her mom was sick, she was always by her side or under the bed.

She loved her grandpa (Barney) so much. He and grandma will miss her. She loved going to their farm, where we lived the firs year and a half of her life. Grandpa would say "Hi, my Maci" and clap his hands. She would light up and wag her tail like a little helicopter. She will be missed by brother Randall, who did such a great job taking care of her when we had to go somewhere.

Her brothers; Chris, Josh, and Jimmie, Sister-in-laws; Dana and Chrissy, Nieces; Brayleigh and Addy, Nephew; Jace, Aunt Cindy, and Uncle Bryan.

Her friend Theresa, she would lay on the floor and stare at her, thinking I am ready to go Bye Bye on my ride.

her friend Lisa who would let her have so much attention.

So we say "see you later baby girl". We will be together again. We love you so much. We know you are in that heavenly park playing with max and all the other animals. Yes, our hearts are heave, very heavy, but we know you are happy, healthy, and young again.

We love you!!
